Vi skal se, hvordan det ber\u00f8rer nogle grundl\u00e6ggende tr\u00e6k ved projekter og skal h\u00e5ndteres p\u00e5<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>helt andre m\u00e5der, end Jens umiddelbart troede. Hvordan gode r\u00e5d kan lede en p\u00e5 afveje, og at man som projektleder har indflydelse p\u00e5 mere, end man tror. Vi kommer bl.a. ind p\u00e5 vilk\u00e5rsparathed, projektets to aspekter, sk\u00e6vt syn p\u00e5 egen lederrolle, manglende ledelse af projektlederen, vigtigheden af gode relationer og det vanskelige i at skulle se p\u00e5 og h\u00e5ndtere sit projekt fra en anden vinkel, end man plejer.
